In all subjects, where appropriate, information technology is integrated, both at the Primary and Secondary levels. The language of instruction is English and there is an ESL programme providing both in-class support and intensive tuition. Most Primary School students are encouraged to learn German once they become proficient in English; all Secondary school students are required to learn German. Students are encouraged to continue studies in their mother tongue. Many students pursue their mother tongue as part of their Diploma programme. A dynamic Pre-Primary School offers an inquiry based programme, developmentally appropriate for three, four and rising five year old children. In the Primary School, classroom practice utilizes whole class, group and individual instruction according to the subject matter in hand and the needs of the students. Specialist subjects offered include ESL, German, ICT, library, music, PE and SEN.
