The International Schools of Choueifat Egypt are privately owned college preparatory schools enrolling students from KG1 (three and a half years old) through grade 12. ISC Egypt are accredited by North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NSA CASI). NCA CASI is an accreditation division of AdvancEd.

Founded in 1995, ISC Cairo is located in the fast developing area of Katameya, New Maadi, Cairo, whilst ISC City of 6th October, founded in 2003, is located in Dreamland. Together ISC-Egypt educates around 3,300 students with a faculty of approximately 170.

ISC-Egypt are members of the world-wide SABIS® School Network offering an international curriculum, enabling its students to enter leading universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, The Middle East and The Far East. In the academic year 2010-11 as SABIS® celebrates its 125th anniversary, the network is comprised of 79 schools and one university. These schools are located in 15 countries on four continents and educate over 60,000 students.

Emphasis is placed upon English, Mathematics, Science and a foreign language. In Grades 1 to 6, students from Egypt and all Arab speaking countries would choose Arabic as a second language and at seventh grade students may add French as a third language.

In the secondary school, our courses permit students to sit for the IGCSE, AS and A - Level examinations of the British System of Education; The American College Board exams (TOEFL, SATI, SATII and Advanced Placement); and to obtain their High School Diploma at the end of Grade 12. These exams and qualifications may be taken separately or in different combinations.

Students are strongly encouraged to join the SABIS Student Life Organization® which enables them to become directly involved in and to influence the educational progress and life of the school. The SABIS Student Life Organization® includes programs in peer tutoring, indoor and outdoor activities, field trips, charity work, student development … etc. As part of the SABIS Student Life Organization®, students learn responsibility, accountability and management skills.
