Language of Instruction English European School is a modern facility with its own protected campus, fleet of minibuses, orangeries and science and computer laboratories, closed circuit television station and production studio, cafeteria and café, as well as a football pitch, gymnasium, and tennis courts.

The school offers numerous after school programs and enrichment activities in athletics, the arts, and the sciences. Additionally, European School students frequently participate in National and International Olympiads, conferences, and community outreach programs.

European School is staffed with highly qualified personnel and pedagogical experts, among them 26 have PhD, 41 are nationally and internationally certified teachers, 17 authors and coauthors of textbooks, and 27 teacher trainers.

European School is comprised of three schools-within-a-school offering three distinct academic programs: Georgian Sector following the Georgian National Curriculum and offering grades 1 through 12, IB World School following the IB Curriculum and offering grades 1 through 12, and American High School following the American High School Curriculum with grades 8 through 12 and offers PSAT and SAT courses, and AP courses in different areas.

European School also offers preschool program. Currently the school has more than 600 students from a diverse range of ethnic, racial, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. European School is authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the Intergovernmental Organization EDU.

The European School was authorized for the IB DP in 2009, for the MYP in early 2012 and for the PYP in 2016. Since 2015 the American High School Program is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools under AdvancED. The European School is a College Board member since 2015 and a CIS member since 2016.
