Hertie School of Governance gGmbH Website: http://www.hertie-school.org About the School: The Hertie School of Governance (HSoG) is a newly established (2005) professional school for public policy in Berlin. Our Master of Public Policy programme offers advanced teaching on governance tasks in the public, civil society and private sectors. We combine academic excellence with strong practice orientation. The programme is ideal for international students pursuing a future career dealing professionally with problems of modern governance. About the Program: The Master of Public Policy is 2 years in lenght, full-time, it relies on small class size, an international student body and facutly, high-level internship and professional career services and is taught exclusively in English. Dual Degree programs are also available with the London School of Economics and Political Science. About the Scholarships: Although applicants may be elegible for DAAD or political foundations' scholarships for Germany, the HSoG offers a certain ammount of scholarships and tuition waivers each year. Although the academic admission is 'need-blind', the HSoG may award these scholarships and waivers to students in financial need and according to the individual applicant's academic standing.
