It can be said that the world has entered a `Global Era' in which all nations interacy as a single community. As a result, an intercultural communication has become an essential aspect of the international scene in politics, economics and all aspects of society.
Language stands as the first and foremost element of intercultural communication yet mere comprehension of words is not enough, because communication with people of other cultures requires a deep understanding and respect of the customs and thought patterns of those cultures.

ARC Academy brings together people with different cultural backgrounds from all over the world. This diverse community is the ideal setting for polishing communication skills that will help students fulfill their potential and contribute to the global community.

About ARC Academy

ARC Academy was established in 1986 for foreign business people who would like to learn Japanese as a means of communication.
"ARC" means "A bridge to the world". Ever since our establishment, we have been helping students develop the skills they need to contribute to society and the world at large.
Many students are interested in not only learning Japanese but also Japanese culture and history. We'd like to have the opportunity to communicate with people from all over the world by meeting their various needs.
As of January,2001, students from more than forty countries have been studying at ARC Academy.
In addition to teaching Japanese to foreigners, ARC Academy is accredited teacher training school that issues degrees to native Japanese speakers. Our teacher training program is one of our strongest divisions.
Also we hold courses for Korean language and Information technology.
It is our desire to help our students achieve their highest potential by providing outstanding service and instruction.
