The school's funding is not tied to federally mandated government programmes, allowing MES to set its own standards with regard to programmes and practices. The school's curriculum offers a bilingual international education conducted in Russian and English. The Primary and Middle Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate Organisation, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma are offered. A second foreign language (German, French or Spanish) is taught from the age of seven. The school is housed in two campuses. “Presnya” Campus is situated in the centre of Moscow. Zaitsevo Campus is located outside Moscow City (34 km of Minsk Highway).
