At
AISM, we believe that each individual is our prime concern.
We aim to cater for gifted and talented children who need
acceleration programs in one or more disciplines, for students with
specific learning difficulties and for children of non-English speaking
backgrounds either through specialized programs or through our policy of
differentiating the curriculum. For
Australian expatriates, a seamless transfer between Australian schools
in Australia and AISM is afforded by the provision of the NSW Board of
Studies Curriculum, term dates that follow closely the four term dates
of Australian Schools and a daily cycle of classes that fits the usual
Australian pattern. All
students are advantaged by the NSW Board of Studies Curriculum as its
exit credential, the HSC, meets entry standards for some of the most
prestigious universities in the world and allows access to all
Australian and New Zealand universities.
AISM will continue to explore ways in which the School can
provide further appropriate curriculum alternatives for other clients
whilst maintaining excellence. We
have an absolute commitment to the education of the whole person.
