Study at Felician CollegeFelician College is a Roman Catholic, private college with two campuses located at Lodi and Rutherford in New Jersey, United States. It was established by the Felician Sisters in 1942, and was initially christened as Immaculate Conception Junior College. The College offers bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in various educational streams including arts & sciences, business, nursing, and education. The college is organized into the following four academic divisions: The college students participate in intercollegiate basketball, soccer, cross country, softball, golf, baseball, and volleyball. The college also has a cheerleading/dance team. Qualified student-athletes are awarded scholarships by the college. Students attend Felician in Lodi, NJ, a large suburb. The school is proud of its Roman Catholic status. Felician is a private, not-for-profit institution. The school degrees go up to the Master's degree. Felician is known for its programs in education and teaching. The school is selective and does not offer open admission. Three quarters of students in 2007 had SAT verbal scores of at least 390. Half of math SAT scores of accepted students fell between 390 and 500. Many applicants are from out of state, an indication of the quality or special character of the school. There are 2,403 students at Felician . A very high share of students at the school are female. A lot of students at Felician attend part-time.
