IUB's campus sits on an area of 1,933 acres, which includes lush green landscape and historic buildings dating to the university's reconstruction in the late 19th century. The university offers more than 900 individual degree programs and majors through over 10 different academic divisions.
IU’s sports teams are nicknamed Hoosiers. The university's intercollegiate athletic program boasts over 20 national championship teams. IU sports teams have won/ shared over 155 Big Ten Conference championships.
