Study at Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus
Kent State University, also referred to as KSU, was established in 1910. This public state university has under it several campuses. The Tuscarawas Campus was constructed in 1968, and is located in New Philadelphia, Ohio. KSU's recent enrollments have more than 2,000 students every year. Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus offers a large number of associate’s and bachelor’s degrees, as well as certificate programs. In addition, Master of Technology degrees are also awarded to students. There are over 200 academic programs that students can choose from. The sports teams of Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus participate in basketball, volleyball, and golf. The teams are nicknamed the Golden Flashes. Students are also involved in a variety of clubs and organizations such as the Animation Imagineers, Justice Studies Club, Salt and Light, Student Nurses Association, Vet Tech Student Chapter, and Technology Club. New Philadelphia, OH is home to Kent State Tuscarawas. New Philadelphia is a rural site not far from an urban area. The school is a public institution.
