Manurewa High School New Zealand The Manurewa High School is a large
multicultural state, co-educational secondary school of 2200 students.
The school has modern amenities and the most advanced technological
equipment. An enrolment scheme is in place with defined
geographical zone. The ethnic composition of our students is
European 46%, Polynesian 19%, Maori 18%, Asian 14% and other groups 5%. Mission Statement

consistent discipline administered in a stable and caring environment.
The Manurewa High School has a vision
and educational philosophy which is focused on academic achievement,
personal development and excellence. Classes are streamed to allow students
to work to their full potential. The advanced placement program affords
special provisions for gifted students. Computer-assisted programs are available
to all students. There is an emphasis on the basic
subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Technology) and with individual
tutoring available. External examination results are
consistently above the national average. The Manurewa High School is one of the
