Study at Neosho County Community College
Neosho County Community College, also called NCCC, was established in 1936. Initially known as the Chanute Junior College, it became the Neosho County Community College in the year 1961. Academic programs are offered in various subjects like art, forensic science, physics & pre-engineering,
and social science, among others. Various development education programs, as well as online courses are also offered. Neosho County Community College's athletics department fields a number of men's
and women's sports teams that compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The teams are nicknamed the Panthers,
