Invitation from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bundit Fungtammsan, the Director of JGSEE, to local and international students for 2005 entry into JGSEE’s new international master’s degree programs.

The Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment (JGSEE) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) is a center of excellence in graduate education and research in the field of energy and environmental technologies.  It was established in 1998 with the support of the Energy Conservation Promotion Fund, Ministry of Energy, and the Higher Education Development Project (HEDP) of the Commission on Higher Education.  By combining the strength of five leading institutions in Thailand, namely, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (the lead institution), King Mongkut’ s Institution of Technology North Bangkok, Prince Songkhla University, Chiang Mai University, Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology at Thammasart University, in the form of a consortium, the teaching and research activities of JGSEE span the whole breadth of science, technology and management of energy and energy related environmental issues from conventional energy to renewable energy supply, energy efficiency, environmental control and management, to global climate change and sustainable development.  The school is the only one of its kinds in Thailand and the region.
