Monmouth University is a coeducational, private university located in West Long Branch, New Jersey, United States. It was established in 1933 as Monmouth Junior College. It was renamed to Monmouth College in 1956. In 1995, it received its charter and was finally christened as Monmouth University. The University grants admission to more than 4, 500 students every year.
