major centre of medical and dental postgraduate teaching and research in

In recognition of the more individualised needs of graduate students, we
have a Graduate School to ensure that our academic provision is of the
highest standard and you have the best environment for your postgraduate

Postgraduate taught courses
We offer a wide selection of programmes leading to a Master's degree.

and are run as part-time as well as full-time courses, so that you can

Research leading to a higher degree
At Barts and The London there is a flourishing and vigorous research
environment, which offers an exciting diversity of choice for
postgraduate work. Doctors and dentists working in teaching hospitals
have the chance to undertake research leading to the higher degrees of
Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS) or Doctor of Philosophy
