Webber International University Florida
Webber International University’s off-campus internship programs provide a real-world business environment for Webber students. Field trips and guest speakers also supplement students’ business education.
The University offers intercollegiate sports in basketball, baseball, cross-country, football, golf, soccer, tennis, and track and field for men and in basketball, cheerleading, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, track and field, and volleyball for women. The athletic facilities include a gymnasium, fitness center and racquetball courts, soccer field, swimming pool, baseball and softball fields, and tennis courts. Webber students also enjoy lakeside activities. Clubs include Phi Beta Lambda, student government, tourism society, Eta Sigma Delta and the Society of Hosteurs, marketing club, sport management club, SIFE, and FCA. These groups sponsor social functions and community service.
Majors and Degrees
Webber International University offers Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with major: accounting, finance, Computer Information Systems management, management, marketing, Hospitality and Tourism Management, pre-law, sport management. The University also offers a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Studies. Webber International University also offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with options in Management, Sport Management, and Accounting.
Academic Program
The school operates on the semester system with two 15-week semesters, and two 6-week summer terms. Bachelor of Science degree requires 120 credit hours with a minimum grade point average of 2.0. The average course load is 15 hours per semester All students must complete 30 of the last 33 hours at Webber International University to receive a BS degree. A study-abroad program for students working toward a bachelor’s degree is offered for one or two semesters in Barcelona, Spain; Dortmund, Germany; and Nice or Lille, France. Other off-campus experiences encourage students to observe and analyze business operations of companies and practice teamwork projects.

Faculty 70% of Webber’s full-time faculty members hold highest degrees in their fields. The faculty-student ratio is 1:18.
Admissions Requirements Standard High School Diploma with a 2.0 GPA or GED SAT 870 or ACT 18 Applicants who fail to meet regular admission requirements may be considered for the Fresh Start program by the Fresh Start Admissions Committee. An interview is required.
