Auburn University Montgomery

Auburn University at Montgomery is a coeducational public university located in Montgomery, Alabama. This branch campus of Auburn University was founded by an act of the Alabama Legislature in 1967. The university offers programs of study leading to bachelors, masters, and specialist degrees in liberal arts, business, education, nursing and science. It is comprised of the following academic schools:

  • School of Business
  • School of Education
  • School of Liberal Arts
  • School of Nursing
  • School of Science

AUM competes in a variety of sports, including both men’s and women’s basketball, soccer and tennis. Its sports teams are nicknamed the Senators. AUM's tennis team won the NAIA National Championship in 2004.
