The Bachelor of Arts Degree Program provides basic and
advanced equipping for ministry or further study in a graduate program.
Through biblical, ministry, and general education studies and student
ministry training, students are prepared for entrance into church,
parachurch, or mission-related professions. Each B.A. student is a
Bible major, and a Educational Ministries Second Major, with the
possible option of choosing an Educational Ministries, Missions, or
Pastoral emphasis, or a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
(TESOL) Certificate.
Some students in the B.A. Program have used this
education as a basis for graduate study. The Associate of Arts (A..A.)
Program provides basic training for ministry. The A.A. Program may also
be utilized for continuing study at ABC or another college or
university. The 2 year Bible and Ministry Certificate provides basic
Bible instruction and ministry training enabling effectiveness in lay
ministry. The 1 year Bible Certificate gives the student a solid
Biblical foundation in preparation for study elsewhere. The TESOL
Certificate program enables the student to complete TESOL training
without having to enter a degree program.
