At Heritage, we’re committed to providing the new tools you’ll need: a strong program, excellent professors and state-of-the-art resources. Heritage University was established with the aim of helping mid-career adults and others like you who are hindered by their hectic schedules. We have designed our courses to fit the adult learner. We are proud of the uniqueness of our school in that it offers a tailored course of utilizing Internet to provide a new learning experience outside the traditional classroom.

We offer quality degree programs in Law, Public Policy, Business Administration and Film Studies. Online courses can reach students located anywhere in the world: a serviceman in Asia or a businesswoman in a neighboring county, state or country. Former students who work full time can also make time to finish a degree online.
Heritage University was established to meet the educational needs of self directed, mid- career, adult individuals whose geographic, personal or professional time constraints prevent them from completing their education in a traditional on-campus program.

This institution has received temporary approval to operate from the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education in order to enable the Bureau to conduct a quality inspection of the institution.

We support an adult model of education that is focused, self-paced and supported by dedicated and accomplished faculty. We believe in and support the philosophy of distance education in a virtual setting. We believe that advancing technologies will support our mission and allow us to become a recognized leader in delivering innovative models of education in this new millennium.

As a virtual university, we offer distance education via the latest technology. This means that all courses are taken online, in a virtual classroom setting. Inside this classroom, students have 24-hour access to course syllabi, course assignments, chat rooms, message boards, course examinations, and other course materials. All academic work is completed through independent self-guided lessons and taught by qualified instructors or professors. Students may conduct their studies from anywhere there is computer and Internet access. Our commitment is to operate ethically, professionally and with integrity in offering our programs.

We target:
Individuals who wish to continue full-time employment while earning their degree(s)
Individuals who have interrupted their college education and find it difficult to return to a traditional campus to complete their degree requirements.
Military personnel who are stationed in remote areas.
Military personnel who are not stationed in one location long enough to attend and complete traditional courses.
Individuals already established in careers who do not necessarily require additional academic credentials, but need to augment their knowledge to become more effective and valuable.
Individuals who need academic credentials to earn promotions or increases in income.
Professionals whose license renewal depends on specified extended courses of education.
Employers who wish their employees trained in specific areas without losing the continuity of their service.
Individuals already established in careers that do not necessarily require additional academic credentials but need a degree.
Single parents who dropped out of school for personal reasons.
Individuals for health reasons are unable to complete their degrees in a traditional classroom setting or, Others who require degree(s) to enter state government, local government or the civil service.
