Study at University of Mobile

 

The University of Mobile was founded in 1961 as Mobile College. It became the University of Mobile in 1993. This 4-year private university sits on a 800-acre campus in Prichard, Alabama, and offers enrollment to more than 1,5000 students every year.

The University of Mobile offers a large number of degrees in the undergraduate and graduate level. The schools is comprised of the following academic divisions:

  • School of Christian Studies
  • School of Education
  • School of Nursing

The sports teams of the University of Mobile are nicknamed the Rams. They participate in baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. The Rams are members of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
