![]() Study at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Prescott Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University was founded in 1925 as the Embry-Riddle Flying School. It became the Embry-Riddle School of Aviation in 1939 and became the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1970. The main campus of ERAU is in Daytona Beach, Florida. The campus in Prescott, Arizona, was established in 1978 and occupies around 539 acres of land. More than 1,500 students enroll in ERAU Prescott every year. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott offers more than 10 bachelor's degrees in the fields of aeronautical science, aerospace engineering, aviation business administration, aviation environmental science, computer engineering, global security and intelligence studies, mechanical engineering and space physics, among others. A Master of Science in Safety Science is also awarded to graduate students. Students of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott participate in a variety of sports like soccer, volleyball and wrestling.
