Yavapai College, also known as YC, is a community college located in Yavapai
County, Arizona. It was established in 1965. YC's main campus is located in
Prescott with additional campuses in Clarkdale, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley,
and Sedona. The college offers more than 80 certificate, degree, and transfer
options to students in over 55 different programs of study. Besides its
curriculum, the college also offers many learning options to fit the lifestyles
and circumstances of its students.
Yavapai College sponsors more than five intercollegiate teams that participate
in various sports such as soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball. The
teams compete in Division 1 of the National Junior College Athletics Association
(NJCAA). It is a member of the Arizona Community College Athletics Conference (ACCAC).
Yavapai College is located in a small city, in Prescott, AZ. The school is a
