California School of Culinary Arts was launched in 1994 and today is one of a small number of schools in the U.S. that offer the Cordon Bleu diplme. The school is located in Pasadena in southern California, near Los Angeles. The school also operates a real restaurant on campus where our cooking students can obtain hand-on, real-life experience in preparing food and managing a restaurant.

California School of Culinary Arts Admissions and Financial Aid

Prospective students applying for admission must have completed high school or a GED. They are also required to attend an information session and take a tour of the facilities. There is an application form that must be submitted along with a fee. International students whose first language is other than English must provide evidence of English proficiency.

The school's student finance department assists student in securing the funds they need to complete their studies.
