The Bachelor of Business Administration
program with a Specialization in Real Estate provides students
with the requisite knowledge, terminology, and analytical skills
utilized within the commercial investment and corporate real
estate industry. Such as equity and debt financing, property and
land development processes, and appraisal and valuation
techniques.

Upon completion of Bachelor of
Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate,
each student should be able to:
