West Hills College Coalinga The West Hills Community College was established as a college for the Coalinga Union High School District in 1932. It is a public, two-year community college, and one of the 12 California community colleges. The Coalinga campus was built in 1932 and today offers enrollment to more than 1,000 students, while the Lemoore campus was established in 2002 and now serves more than 3,000 students every semester.
