Study for a Master of Arts in Leadership at Albertus Magnus College Hartford Connecticut Master of Arts in Leadership:The Master of Arts in Leadership program at Albertus Magnus College is a 33-credit hour graduate program designed to help you build skills in critical leadership areas. The Masters in Arts in Leadership Program integrates concepts from philosophy, religion, organizational psychology, sociology, cultural anthropology, organizational theory and development, strategic management, political science, and human resource management to provide participants with a strong base for effective leadership in a diverse society. Through courses such as Community Leadership, Servant Leadership, Moral Leadership, Leadership in Practice, Imagination and Communication, and Strategic Leadership in a Changing Society, students in the Master of Arts in Leadership will develop the soft skills of management; learning to be effective leaders and team members in any setting they encounter. Different from other New Dimensions programs, The Master of Arts in Leadership Program is fully blended, meeting for 2 ½ hours per week at our East Hartford location with enhanced online communication throughout the week.
