Study at Lake Sumter Community College Lake Sumter Community College Lake-Sumter Community College, also known as LSCC, is a public, community college located in Central Florida, United States. It was established in the year 1961. LSCC operates several campuses including the Leesburg campus in Leesburg, Florida; the South Lake campus in Clermont, Florida; and the Sumter campus in Sumterville, Florida.
