Course Topics The Le Cordon Bleu Ptisserie and Baking Program is a diploma program which teaches its participants innovative baking and pastry making techniques through practical education. Students will be exposed to both classical and modern methods. Aspiring chefs may also consider the school's Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program which combines demonstration-style classes with direct student involvement in food preparation. The associate's degree program also adds general studies courses to provide the student with a complete education.
