In 1998, Professor William H. Byrnes, IV, Director, established the first ever wholly online ABA accredited law degree. The Diamond Master of Laws (LL.M.) International Taxation Program assembles the top recognized academic and practitioner names as resident and non-resident faculty to teach a fully specialized curriculum in International Taxation & Offshore Financial Centers.

Students come as time allows and research, answer professor's questions, and work on single or joint projects. Final exams are usually administered questions with a time limit for the answers. Exams come at the end of the 16 week period.

Tuition can be paid up front, through private loans, or via government loans & aid.
