Study at Gwinnett Technical College Gwinnett Technical College, or GTC, was originally established as the Gwinnett Area Technical School in 1984. After two name changes, the institute was finally christened Gwinnett Technical College on July 6, 2000.
GTC offers more than 40 associate's degrees, diplomas, and certificate programs in various Course Topics. Among these are courses in arts and sciences, automotive technology, business and finance, computer science, health sciences, public safety and service, veterinary technology, and visual arts, fashion and design. Continuing education and adult education programs are also available to the students of this college.
