Study at Spalding University
Spalding University is located in Louisville, Kentucky. The roots of the university can be traced back to 1814 when an Academy of Nazareth was established near Bardstown, in Kentucky. However, after several mergers and other events, it came to be known as the Spalding College. The institute was granted university status in 1984, and started operating as the Spalding University. The university offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees through the following academic divisions: The athletics teams of Spalding University are called the Golden Eagles. Both the men’s teams and the women’s teams participate in sports including basketball, golf, soccer, and cross country.
