Study at Allegany College of Maryland
Allegany College of Maryland, also known as ACM, is a two-year, public, community college located in Cumberland, Maryland, United States. It was established in 1961 as Allegany Community College. The College offers more than 50 associate degrees, over 15 certificates, and over 10 letters of recognition. ACM also offers continuing education programs. The main campus is spread across an area of more than 300 acres. ACM boasts an active student life. The campus is home to a wide variety of student clubs and organizations. The College's athletic department fields several men's and women’s teams that participate in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). Their sports teams are nicknamed the Trojans.
