The twin Cities based cooking school is one of several schools that form Le Cordon Bleu North America. Other campuses of the school can be found in places such as Atlanta, Las Vegas and Miami. In addition, several other U.S. cooking schools affiliated through common ownership confer the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu Diplme, including the Minneapolis/St. Paul campus.

Course Topics
There are two Course Topics at the school: Culinary Arts and Baking/Pastry Making. Students pursuing Culinary Arts make engage in either a certificate program or an associate’s degree program. The latter includes a 12-week externship where students learn in a real-world situation and students who complete the program in good standing also receive Le Cordon Bleu Diplme from the school. The Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef Training and Baking Instruction program takes 15 months to complete.

The admissions process is generally non-competitive, although the school does require a high school diploma or GED and seeks students who display a strong interest in the culinary arts. Other requirements may apply, such as proof of language proficiency for students whose native tongue is other than English.
