Metropolitan State University is a four-year, public university located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, United States. It was established in 1971. Metropolitan State is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU). The university enrolls more than 9,000 students per semester. It offers a wide variety of degrees and programs in diverse fields of study. Metropolitan State is organized into the following:
