Northland Community & Technical College, also known as NCTC, is a two-year, community college located in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, United States. NCTC has an active student life. The campus hosts a wide variety of student clubs and organizations including the Auto Technology Club, Construction Electricity Club, MultiCultural Club, and Dance Club. NCTC operates a student-run radio station known as KSRQ "Pioneer 90.1" FM. Their sports teams are known as the Pioneers.
