L'cole Culinaire offers a Diploma in Culinary Essentials and an Associate Degree in Occupational Sciences (AOS) in Culinary Arts. The Diploma in Culinary Essentials program completes in 60 weeks and prepares students to perform the tasks necessary for the successful operation of the brigade, line operation, or pastry/baking bench in a food service-related facility. The Associate Degree in Culinary Arts program is 90 weeks long and prepares students to perform the tasks necessary for entry-level management in culinary operations for the food service industry. The program builds on skills developed in the diploma program with an additional emphasis on professionalism and the student's ability to develop his/her own culinary techniques.
