University of Nebraska Medical Center, also referred to as UNMC, is located in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It was founded in 1880 as a private medical college. UNMC is among the largest medical centers in Iowa and Nebraska. The university has other campuses located in Lincoln, Kearney, and Scottsbluff. The university comprises of the following five degree-granting academic colleges and one school:
