Renaissance International School Saigon was founded in response to a growing demand for quality English medium international schools for expatriate and Vietnamese students. The school caters to students from Pre-Nursery to Year 13 - initially up to year 10, with one year group added annually by natural progression.
CURRICULUMThe school operates within the framework of the British National Curriculum, incorporating the International Primary Curriculum (IPC)
at Primary level. The secondary school prepares students for the IGCSE examinations in Year 11 and the IB Diploma Programme in Year 13 (after the required authorisation process has been completed. )
A wide range of extra curricular activities is offered throughout the year.
STAFF
All teachers are qualified expatriates, mostly from the UK. They all have successful experience in teaching the age group / specialist subject assigned to them. A team of dedicated Vietnamese teaching assistants, most of whom are qualified teachers in their own right, support the teachers/students.

In addition to well resourced, air-conditioned standard classrooms, equipped with networked computers and interactive whiteboards, the campus provides specialist classrooms for Science, Art and Design, ICT, Music and Drama together with an excellent library incorporating on-line research facilities. A large sports hall, playing field, swimming pool, mini-pool, multi purpose room,   dedicated theatre and cafeteria completes the list of facilities provided to support effective teaching and learning.

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
The school's mission statement sums up our philosophy - 'To provide quality teaching and learning experiences for students and staff focusing on excellence and internatioanlism, where all may individually and collectively achieve their full potential. '
We strongly believe in providing an education whereby students develop 'independence' as well as appreciating our 'interdependence' as members of the school and fully prepared to take their place as productive members of the global community.
Our motto - 'non sibi sed omnibus' (not for self but for all)
