Advanced Master
Certificate in Lean Six Sigma:
Completion of the
Advanced Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma track will
demonstrate a professional’s expertise, command and mastery of
Lean Six Sigma principles and techniques. This individual will
also be able to show a mastery of other skills such as
leadership, presentation skills and other business abilities
needed to have a leadership role within an organization.
As part of the new program, Villanova will now be offering the
world’s only online Lean Master Black Belt certification.
Students will earn a “Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black
Belt” certification (CLMBB) from Villanova upon successful
completion of the entire advanced master certificate track. Once
the program is completed, a joint “Advanced Master
Certificate/Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification” will
be awarded to recognize their achievement. The Lean Master Black
Belt certification will emphasize the following:

A mastery of
advanced Lean Six Sigma techniques

A strong
demonstration of additional academic achievement

Development
of additional management, leadership and business skills to
enhance and Master Black Belt’s abilities and standing
within an organization. This is a critical element as Master
Black Belts must constantly show/demonstrate many diverse
skills in influencing company-wide decisions.
